PACE is an agile and AI consultancy. We diagnose where work actually stops,
embed AI agents into your team's existing flow, and hand you the system in
90 days. Results are measured with operational data: lead time, WIP, rework
rate and predictability.
What PACE does
Diagnosis comes before deployment. We map how demands enter, where they stall,
and where effort disappears without becoming delivery. Then we redesign the work
system and weave AI agents into the tools the team already uses, measuring impact
weekly rather than running perception surveys. Programs are designed for
graduation: by weeks 9 to 12 the client's team runs flow reviews and manages the
agents independently.

Flow Triage (2 weeks) — visual map of the current workflow,
the three biggest bottlenecks, a prioritized 30-day action plan, and an honest
read on where AI helps and where it does not. Available standalone, and the
action plan is yours to keep whether or not we continue.

Delivery Program (90 days) — full triage, work system redesign,
AI agents deployed in operations, real-time metrics dashboard, weekly coaching
until the team is autonomous, plus documentation and operating policies.

Executive AI Alignment — AI opportunity map, adoption roadmap
by impact priority, risk and dependency analysis, and an internal capability
building plan.

From an anonymized 12-week stabilization program at a 200-person B2B SaaS company:
lead time fell from 60 days to 21 (−65%), rework rate from 40% to 20% (−50%),
predictability went from none to 85%, and WIP per team dropped from 8–12 to 2–3

How an engagement runs
- Triage, weeks 1 to 2 — map how work really moves; leave with a flow map and prioritized action plan.
- System Design, after Triage — decide together what gets automated, which agents get built, how supervision works, and what "good" means in real metrics.
- Deploy and iterate, weeks 3 to 12 — safe-to-fail experiments against root causes, agents deployed iteratively, weekly metrics.
- Graduation, from week 12 — your team operates the system; PACE stays on as a strategic partner through quarterly reviews.

clients in the US and UK since 2020, in English. PACE is deliberately not a scale
consultancy: we take few simultaneous engagements and the two founders work directly
on each one instead of staffing junior analysts.
