Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data PACE handles when you visit this site or contact us, why, on what legal basis, and how you can act on it. It is written to describe what actually happens rather than to cover every hypothetical.

Who is responsible

The controller is PACE. Our data-protection officer is reachable at giovannialvarenga@paceagile.com. That address is also where you exercise any of the rights described below.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company and message.
Standard access logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, date and time, the URL requested, and your browser's user agent.
One entry in your browser's local storage recording your answer to the cookie banner and the date you gave it. It holds a decision, not an identifier.

Why, and on what legal basis

Contact form — to answer you. Legal basis: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request (LGPD art. 7, V).
Access logs — to operate the site and defend against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
Consent record — to honour and prove the choice you made. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we share nothing with advertising networks. Two processors are involved: Google Firebase Hosting serves these pages and keeps the access logs; FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Both operate outside Brazil, so using this site involves an international transfer of data (LGPD chapter V). The fonts on this page are served from our own domain precisely so that loading the site does not hand your IP address to a third party.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. No analytics, no advertising, no session cookies. The only thing written to your browser is the consent record described above, stored in local storage rather than a cookie.

Your rights

Article 18 of the LGPD gives you the right to confirmation and access; correction; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; deletion of data processed on the basis of consent; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent. Write to giovannialvarenga@paceagile.com and we will respond within the legal deadline. You may also complain to the ANPD.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the contact form is transmitted encrypted. No safeguard is absolute, and we would rather say that plainly than promise otherwise.
